Q1: if I re-order my products, should I pay the mold fee again?
No, we will help you to save the mold for 2 year, during this time, you needn’t pay any mold fee for re-make the same design
Q2: I need my product very urgent, how fast could you produce it?
Please don’t worry, generally our production time is 12- 14 days. for most item, we need 5-9 days when in rush. Depending on your item, our sales will check the schedule and then arrange the fastest production time for you.
Q3: Can you make glitter, glow, epoxy items?
A: Yes, we can.
Q4: Do you do custom designs? And will I receive an art proof before production?
Of course., we will send you a proof in 1-3 workdays after receiving your order.Production begins only after we get your approval of the artwork.
Q5: Can I get a product sample?
Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid set up cost. And we will take picture for your check.If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
